Lincoln Diaz-Balart’s career is a remarkable reflection of his unwavering commitment to public service, advocacy for democracy, and dedication to his community. Born in Cuba, he fled with his family after the Cuban Revolution, and these early experiences shaped his lifelong advocacy for freedom and justice.

From 1979 to 1981, he worked as a Legal Services staff attorney, providing crucial legal assistance to underserved populations and championing the rights of marginalized communities.
